    Kat devised me a fantastic workout that utilised resistance bands and my own body weight when I went to the New York on a working holiday. I knew I was going to miss my gym, but there was no way I was going to skimp on the hotdogs or burgers- they do the best in the world! I wanted to keep up all the great work Kat had set in motion but was never going to make it to gyms with their over priced non-member day fees. I came home fitter and stronger than I left. And I still ate as many hotdogs as could!

      - This post sounds like a joke but it’s actually for real! Ryan trained his butt off so he could eat heaps of hotdogs!! :-)
      He’s lean anyway so he’s lucky!

    I have just completed my first fat burning workout – I only lasted 2 rounds but all good. Got to the gym nice and early so I would have room to move. Loved the fast program, means didn’t think too much about how stuffed I was. It was all fast, fast and off to the next exercise.
    Done a big shop tonight stocking up on lots of healthy food for my new plan (thanks Kat!). Now off to cook up a batch of Kat’s muffins- yum

    Go for it “how to lose your handles”. Even though Kat is in London she is working me out in Auckland, New Zealand and keeping me on track with lots of support and motivation tips.

    The extreme workout is fun. I did this during my lunch break and since it is super hot at the moment I set myself up in front of two fans at the gym and went for it. Made the afternoon fly after doing an intense workout in the middle of the day :)

    Now after 4 weeks down 8% in body fat and I have a flat stomach. I plan to maintain this till the New Year then hit the training hard again in Jan 2010!!
