Recipe – Quick low fat/low carb, high protein dessert

Have you discovered Quark? It’s the best thing ever! It’s basically blended cottage cheese, virtually fat-free soft cheese with high protein, low fat – and so creamy!

If you enjoy something a bit sweet but don’t want it to ruin all your hard work at the gym, try this quick easy dessert!

Kat’s ‘Keep-your-abs-while-enjoying-a-Kulinary-Delight’ Mousse

1/2 pot quark
2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp flaked almonds (sliced)
Handful blueberries

Whip the top 4 ingredients with a spoon in a small bowl. Add blueberries.
I like to freeze it for 10 mins. YUM!
