Kat’s ‘Keep-your-abs-while-enjoying-a-Kulinary-Delight’ Mousse
1/2 pot quark
2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp flaked almonds (sliced)
Handful blueberries
Whip the top 4 ingredients with a spoon in a small bowl. Add blueberries.
I like to freeze it for 10 mins. YUM!
Jump in bed, press play on dvd and induuuuuuuulge guilt free!
